Through Our Eyes - Raleigh, with the support of Christ Church Raleigh, put cameras in the hands of 107 of our neighbors experiencing homelessness. Each photographer had one week to capture their lives, to tell their story through images. In a natural twist in the project, right after the cameras were handed out came Hurricane Florence to the Carolinas. The photographers persevered. They controlled their own message. They decided how they wanted their lives to be seen by their community. A selection of these images will be on display through the end of December at CAM Raleigh.
The exhibit opened to the public on Friday, November 2 and was extended until the end of the year
